You may contact us by calling (757)877-7700 for further information or to schedule an appointment.  Office hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am until 7:00 pm, and Fridays 9:00 am until 5 pm.

If you currently are a patient with CAT, you may contact your provider by calling the office directly.  After hours,  a 24-hour answering service will take your message, or in the event of an emergency, will contact your provider or an on-call psychologist who will return your call as quickly as possible.  IF THERE IS A LIFE OR DEATH EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY.
